Interim Treasury & Pensions Accountant

Ambient People is working with a local authority to recruit an interim Treasury & Pensions Accountant. Joining the team as it comes up to a busy year-end period, the key responsibilities for the role will be closing both the treasury and pension fund accounts. This will be alongside the regular daily treasury and pension fund activities.

You will be part of a small team and have support in this role, however being able to work proactively and independently is key. Previous demonstrable experience working with both treasury and pensions in a local government environment would be highly desirable, having worked with either one of treasury or pension fund accounts previously is essential.
