Finance Improvement Manager

Ambient People is recruiting a Finance Improvement Lead for a local government organisation. 

This is a stand alone role with a broad remit of delivering an improved finance service to the wider organisation, involving significant process improvement and change management. 

This will suit a local government finance professional that has been on a similar improvement journey in the sector previously, either via a previous interim assignment with a similar remit, or as a substantive postholder tasked with delivering similar change. 

This will be a largely remote working role though some travel to the office may be required on occasion. Interviews will take place in December with a view of a January start, though exact start dates can be flexed for the right candidate.
