Interim Treasury Accountant

Ambient People is working with a local authority to recruit an interim Treasury Accountant to support delivery of their treasury management function. As well as the regular daily treasury activities you will support the development / refresh of their Treasury Management Strategy.

To be successful, you will need to bring your expert knowledge and demonstrable experience in treasury management from a local authority setting. Being proactive and able to use your own initiative will be key, as the council’s finance function needs to work at speed to deliver on its objectives.

This role is offered with a hybrid working basis.
