As Director of Corporate Services, you'll play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership of the organisation, collaborating closely with the Chief Executive and the Board to shape the corporate plan; ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and its timely submission to relevant committees.

The successful incumbent will be instrumental in providing strategic guidance to the leadership team, not only overseeing the development of the corporate plan, but also crafting a robust digital strategy to enhance operational efficiency. They will lead on financial initiatives, managing budgets, overseeing financial submissions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, whilst upholding impeccable governance and compliance, and employing internal control and risk management mechanisms. They will serve as a trusted advisor to the Board and leadership team on matters of finance, governance, and risk.

We are seeking candidates with a CCAB-recognised qualification and demonstrable experience in budget management, with exceptional leadership skills. The ability to navigate multi-disciplinary environments, coupled with a strong understanding of corporate management processes is essential.
