Finance Manager - Housing Regeneration

Ambient People is recruiting an interim Finance Manager to oversee the financial running and performance of a housing regeneration programme. 

Reporting to the Head of Finance for Housing, you will manage a Finance Officer responsible for the finance administration of the programme whilst personally managing ongoing financial reporting, business partnering and governance. 

This role requires previous experience of financial reporting on housing development projects, this could be either within a local government setting or in the wider housing sector. 

Funding exists for this post for up to 12 months.
