Central London Forward (CLF) is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to support the effective financial management of our employment and training programmes.
CLF is a partnership of the 12 central London local authorities. We work with our member authorities to support inclusive and sustainable growth in central London; so that our economy thrives, and our residents benefit from the opportunities this creates. CLF is hosted by City of London Corporation, which is one of our 12 member authorities.
Working with the Finance Manager, the role will be responsible for financial administration on our UK Shared Prosperity Fund programme, as well as other funded programmes. The varied role will involve raising account receivable invoices and purchase requisitions, tracking and monitoring invoices to ensure timely payment, and producing financial reports, using our digital accounting system Oracle. It will involve working closely with our Programmes Team, with City of London’s finance team, with our delivery partners, and with our funders.
We are looking for a qualified and financial professional, with experience of financial management on similar programmes. The role requires excellent attention to detail, and strong IT, organisational, and communication skills.
