Interim Adult Social Care Specialist, Finance

CIPFA-Penna are delighted to be working with a Local Authority who require an interim Adult Social Care Specialist for a period of 6 months.

Responsibilities include;

• End to end review of financial processes  for managing and processing expenditure and income streams in Adult Social Care
• Expert capacity to engage with and assess the financial implications and budgeting for Social Care Reform preparations
• Expert capacity to engage in financial advice and analysis of strategic decisions in Adult Social Care, including but not limited to Transformation Programmes and Projects.
• Potential work across the People Directorate where there are synergies with issues being faced within Public Health and/or Childrens Social Care.
