Principal Accountant (Trading Companies)

Salary: £41,675 - £50,516

Your role here will be to lead on the development of our financial accounting service for a number of council companies – covering a wide range of services and entrepreneurial activities. You’ll oversee statutory accounts, budgets and business plans, and work closely with budget managers to monitor and support them. To be successful, you’ll need considerable experience in a commercial environment and strong technical skills. Preferable a CCAB qualified accountant, your communication skills and innovative thinking will really set you apart.
