Interim Director of Corporate Resources

I am currently looking to recruit an Interim Strategic Director of Corporate Services/Chief Finance Officer for a period of 6 months starting in Feb

The interim role will provide a strategic link across all Finance and Corporate Services activities to the client Board, and other delegated stakeholders

The interim postholder will be the client’s professional adviser on all financial matters and be the S151 Officer   The postholder will also act as a strategic financial advisor to the Board and Leadership Team. You will report to and work closely with the Chief Executive and Directors, to develop and deliver the strategic objectives sustainably and in the public interest.

The interim role will provide a Board-level escalation point for the management of risks and issues. You will be responsible for managing relationships with, and Finance and Corporate Services communications to, the Board and CEO, and other critical stakeholders

You will have a proven track record of working in a similar role at Board level within the public sector. This role will be mostly remote with an expectation there maybe some visits to the office for meetings subject to business needs.
