We are looking for a talented individual to join our excellent Finance Team as a Finance Project Analyst, on a fixed term contract of two years, to help support the successful delivery of the East Bank project. This will include working with colleagues both in finance and the East Bank project team (including Mace, LLDC’s Project Management Partner) to ensure that project-related income and expenditure is properly received/incurred. You will also help to ensure that robust financial monitoring processes and controls are maintained and to identify and lead on the resolution of any identified issues. In addition, the role will provide financial business partnering support for a range of other projects across the Development directorate, which include residential and large-scale infrastructure projects. You will support on the production of timely and informative management accounting performance information that is used to update senior stakeholders regarding progress.

Is it for you?

You will have strong analytical skills and be able to demonstrate how you can take the initiative to problem solve complex issues.
