CIPFA-Penna are working with a London based local authority recruit for an interim Finance Manager. This is a senior role supporting the Head of Finance and will involve preparation of year-end statutory accounts, completion of the 20/21 WGA return (when DCT available), external audit management along with pension fund governance and support. The pension fund element will include Committee and Board reporting, ensuring emerging regulatory governance arrangements are implemented, project work and potentially procurement. The applicant will need to be pro-active, manage varied workloads and be able to use their skills to adapt in potentially new areas. There will be a requirement to personally attend evening Committee and Board meetings as required. To apply please forward your CV to
