Location: Rushcliffe, Nottinghamshire

Salary: £36,477 - £39,141 Pay Award Pending

Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week (Some attendance at evening meetings may be required)

We are seeking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to work with services developing relationships, to be creative and innovative, and drive new ideas through the organisation.


Areas you could support range from Refuse Collection to Revenues and Benefits as well as forward planning in relation to national initiatives such as business rates reform and assist with robust business cases surrounding property and service investment decisions; including the impact on both cash flow and treasury management. 

You will assist the production of the statement of accounts and budget setting including associated returns and you will assist both the Council’s Section 151 Officer and the Service Manager in reporting to Scrutiny, Cabinet and Council.

You will be commercially minded and driven to ensure the Council gains maximum value for money and services exploit their commercial potential and help the Council in supporting the community and businesses as we move positively into a post-COVID environment.
