Based at King’s Court Council Offices

We have an opportunity for you to join our financial services team as a qualified Group Accountant reporting to the Financial Services Manager.

As one of two Group Accountants you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Finance Team. With a busy and varied remit, you will motivate and develop a dedicated team to provide a comprehensive, high quality accountancy service advising and reporting upon financial management, control and compliance. The role requires development and monitoring of budgets along with advising Operational and Senior managers, Elected members, Board members and Directors (of the Council’s companies) to enable effective support service functions, decision-making and budgetary control.
