Allen Lane is recruiting a Capital Strategy and MTFS Lead for a district council in central England.
You will be responsible for establishing a capital strategy for this district authority which will involve member engagement, as well as evolving their MTFS strategy which is also unfit for purpose currently.
Reporting to the section 151 officer this interim post is suited to a former section 151 officer looking for a defined, flexible interim role or anyone who has lead on Capital and MTFS previously.
