This is an exciting opportunity to play a significant part in the strategic management and leadership of one of the most successful and well-known schools in the country.

Tiffin School is a selective state secondary school with an excellent financial track record.  We are looking to appoint a well-qualified, experienced and talented financial leader to play a key role in delivering an outstanding finance and business function to our academy.

The postholder will work as a member of the Senior Leadership Team which meets regularly to set the strategic direction of the Academy Trust and plan, organise, monitor and evaluate its work. The postholder will also be the company secretary to the Academy Trust.

The successful candidate must be a highly motivated individual who can lead by example and inspire others. You will:

• Be an experienced financial leader with established proven track record of financial management, risk management and financial operational leadership.

• Have excellent and successful leadership and management skills, and be used to working

with a number of diverse teams.

Some educational and or Charity background may be an advantage but we would welcome applicants from other sectors.
