CIPFA-Penna are delighted to be working with a local authority who is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager for an initial period of 3 months.
The Assistant Finance Manager will support the Housing team. Ideally you will have a strong technical background utilising your spreadsheet skills to complete and oversee reconciliations on the Temporary Accommodation service. Typically you will be analysing how many clients there are, monitoring rental incomes and tracking void properties.
