Three Rivers District in South West Hertfordshire straddles the north west corner of the M25 on the edge of Greater London. The Role:

As a Project Accountant, you will support the Director of Finance and finance service in the review, analysis and modelling of various projects. These have been identified as (but are not limited to):

-Croxley business park

-Town Hall Quarter

-Watford business park,

-Property investment board,

-Project management board,

-Housing joint venture

-Riverwell

What we are looking for:-

A fully CCAB qualified with post-qualification experience gained in local government. Ideally with knowledge of project management and experience of delivering improvements and developing opportunities using technology.

£48,749 - £52,811 plus £2,000 market factor per annum
