How You’ll Create the Best Experience of the M&M’s Brand
 

This position will be a vital part of the finance team during one of the most exciting times in our history as we expand our   Physical, Digital, and Data pillars, which are the bedrock of our value creation journey as a key strategic cell for the M&M’s® Brand, over the next few years. This position will be a key player that is responsible for a breadth of critical activities including; Co-piloting the Berlin Store, Custodian for Mars Assets, governance and controls,  in-country tax management, ownership the Berlin cash management, delivering accurate financials by directing store wide period close process, financial insight through creation and ownership of internal and corporate reporting. The position will be responsible for ownership and management of the Berlin financials including NSV of ~$27.0M, COGS / Overheads of ~$22.0M, NCFO ~$3.0M, FAA ~$16.5M .

The S&F (Finance) Manager will act as the copilot and custodian for the M&M’s World Retail Berlin business unit and be responsible for directing and overseeing all financial activities including: Management and ownership of Berlin financials including Profit and Loss Statement, Balance sheets, Working Capital and Cash Flow Statements; Financial reporting and forecasting; Periodic accounting close management; Financial analysis; Management of accounting operations; Value creation and acting as a stakeholder in key local strategic initiatives.

And for this role, we hope you have the following skills we require to round out our team:
 

• Greater than 5 years experience in a similar position
• Experience within Retail is strongly preferred
• Extensive and detailed analytical abilities
• Advanced Excel skills
• SAP experience
• Fluent in German and English
