A newly created Director of Commercial Development opportunity has arisen within QTS which will play a critical role in the organisations ambitious future. Reporting into the Managing Director, this role will be responsible for spearheading QTS’s commercial growth by identifying opportunities whilst harnessing strategic thinking, leadership across the organisation and delivery within QTS to ensure continued growth.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join QTS to support the organisation with its ambitious commercial growth plans. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of growing an organisations income through securing new bids or contracts of work. You will be comfortable at developing a commercial plan and have good financial acumen to support the wider business on tenders. Having experience of working with the NHS or wider public sector from a commercial standpoint would be advantageous although not essential, as would having a sector understanding of estates and property.
The successful candidate will be a clear and effective communicator who instils confidence with the executive team and wider organisation. It is important to be able to sell QTS to new partners and have the confidence and gravitas to represent the organisation externally.
