Job Details
CIPFA-Penna are working in partnership with a South-East based local authority in search of Interim Senior Financial Planners to support a number of core services.
Working closely with the Deputy s151 Officer in the continual development of the MTFS, budgeting processes and council financial plan, the successful candidate will help to shape a new way of working and lay foundations for a new permanent structure; helping to drive associated change, transformation and innovation across the finance function. Therefore, there is a tangible opportunity for a driven interim candidate to leave a long-lasting positive legacy at the authority.
We’re looking for qualified finance professionals (CIPFA or equivalent) and proven leaders within local government finance, ideally with previous experience of supporting change / transformation in another local authority organisation.
