Job Details
CIPFA-Penna are collaborating with a leading local authority in the Midlands to support their search for an Interim Senior Finance Analyst (Corporate).
This assignment will primarily involve supporting the Head of Corporate Finance in creation and development of the annual corporate budget, long-term financial plan and a variety of corporate reporting. The assignment will also include provision of insightful business-partnering support and constructive challenge to an array of managers, budget-holders and projects across the council in relation to their budgets.
The ideal candidate will be practiced at providing a quality level of budgeting and financial planning support, financial reporting and finance business-partnering in a local authority environment. The post will require you to be a fully qualified accountant, holding one of either the CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA or ACA professional qualifications.
