  • We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team in the role of Snr Finance Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.  In this role, you will have an opportunity to design and drive financial landscape, speed, quality and cost efficiency through budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting. You will play a key role in managing financial performance and implementing key finance strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will partner with Honeywell business leaders and drive key finance initiatives and decisions. You will also identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to the senior management.

 What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?

  • ·         Manage all BAP processes across the entire PMT $900M+ business
  • ·         Run all forecasting cycles including weekly pulse, STRAP and AOP
  • ·         Prepare commentary and variance analysis on actuals vs estimate
  • ·         Drive regional analytics to advance growth objectives in the region
  • ·         Manage AM forecasting and reporting activities
  • ·         Assist in developing pitches for Regional President and CFO for Honeywell / PMT leadership
  • ·         Point of contact for providing regular updates to PMT and HGR BAP teams
  • ·         Drive new initiatives on forecasting accuracy, billing quality and special projects

 

 

Skills

What Skills and Experience Will You Have?

  • ·         Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. Master’s degree would be advantageous
  • ·         Proven previous experience within a successful leadership role in a >$900M Business
  • ·         Previous proven experience within a Financial Leadership role within a multinational environment managing a large variety of products
  • ·         Previous experience within an FP&A role
  • ·         Hands on, process mindset (specific examples of FP&A process improvements)
  • ·         Experience with Hyperion and SAP or Oracle
  • ·         Responsibility managing both Op Profit/EBITDA and Cash
  • ·         Comfortable with MS Office – PPT + Excel
  • ·         Proven organizational and time management skills
  • ·         Strong communication skills and ability to relate and present to people at all levels of the organization
  • ·         Ability to drive process improvements in a global environment
  • ·         Ability to communicate financial data to non-financial people
  • ·         Self-motivated, flexible and results oriented
  • ·         Strong leadership, mentoring and people management skill
  • ·         Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment and to tight deadlines
  • ·         Strong work ethic with hands on approach
