Interim Financial Planning and Budget Accountant

CIPFA-Penna are delighted to be working with a London based Local Authority who are looking for an experienced finance professional to support the Housing team with; 

• Financial Planning and Budget Strategy work -setting annual Revenue Budget
• Corporate Budget Monitoring – pulling together the quarterly cabinet report on Budget Monitoring
• Acting as key point of contact for Directorate Service Accountants on budget monitoring
• Capital Programme – setting the annual Capital Programme and monitoring of it Corporately
• Preparation of the Annual Budget Book
• Preparation of the Financial for the Annual Council Tax leaflet
• Co-ordination of the Budget Monitoring timetable
