Interim Finance Manager
An evolving local authority organisation based in North-West England are searching for the support of an Interim Finance Manager to review the current budget.
The successful candidate should be able give an holistic overview of the budget in its current state and offer a general ‘sense-check’, including identifying any missed opportunities for funding and lending some technical expertise to aid the completion of the collection fund and NDR budgets. You’ll need to be comfortable and confident in offering ‘hands-on’ support in these (and other) technical areas and therefore will have relevant and up-to-date practical experience in such areas.
You’ll need to be a qualified accountant with a solid background within local government finance, preferably within a borough or district council.
