Job Details
CIPFA-Penna are delighted to be working with Dumfries and Galloway Council recruit for an interim Senior Finance Manager.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant, with extensive Local Government Treasury and Capital Accounting experience.
You will plan and deliver a treasury management, pensions fund management, loans fund management, capital and insurance service for the Council, including the development of supporting plans, strategies and Annual Accounts.
Our client needs someone who is a self-starter and can quickly understand the task required and get things done with minimal guidance. The role will be based at home 3 days a week and office based 2 days a week.
