Management Accountant

A full time position has become available for a Management Accountant within a not-for-profit organisation. This reputable company that has been awarded for being an excellent employer are seeking someone to join the finance team.

A family orientated team that allows for progression and growth of individuals within it that are committed to the service they provide to the community. The team have a low staff turnover and believe that cultural fit is important.

This Management Accountant role will include supporting staff in accordance with the values including CPD and team meetings. You will need experience of managing small teams and high level of experience in spreadsheets and other mainstream packages.

You will produce monthly management accounts and co-ordinate the annual budget settings process.  The role also consists of budget monitoring reports and KPIs as well as responsibility of completing regulatory returns and delivery of modern day financial business partnering to educate and empower budget holders.
