I am recruiting on behalf of a Central Government department based in London.

Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner role include

• Lead and provide financial advice and guidance to senior budget holders
• Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
• Reporting on all aspects of cash flow including detailed working capital analysis, cash collections and overdue debt
• Adhering to Government regulations
• Manage corporate governance throughout the cost centres they manage
• Engage and influence senior members of the team to help them understand their financial position

You must have:

• Recent business partnering experience
• Recent experience working in Financial Management in the Central Government
• Must have current ‘LIVE’ Security Clearance
• Membership of a relevant accounting body.
