Head of Procurement

The healthcare organisation based in the South East is looking for an influential Procurement Manager to lead and develop the non-clinical procurement team, with the focus being on identification and delivery of savings in line with targets, working with the team to embed a category management approach, presenting papers to committees and the board, and developing systems. The organisation is going through a period of cultural change, as such the role will suit an engaging and highly motivated individual with fantastic negotiation skills who is confident dealing with senior stakeholders internally and externally, often in challenging circumstances.

You will be a very technically skilled, MCIPS qualified procurement professional with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering significant savings within the healthcare sector.
