Interim Senior Finance Business Partner

We are working in partnership with a large local authority in the North-West region who are looking for the support of an Interim Senior Finance Business Partner to support a number of services and projects across the organisation.

The successful candidate will ideally be a fully qualified accountant (CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with demonstrable experience and achievements of supporting the broad arena of services in another local authority or central government organisation. The role will act as a deputy to the Head of Finance and will see the successful individual lead a team of Business Partners through the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, as well as acting as a key financial support and point of contact for the SMT of the entire organisation – ensuring activities and performance adheres to the MTFS.
