Finance Business Partner

The organisation based in the South West is looking for a strong Finance Manager with a demonstrable background of working for NHS provider organisations. This is an outward facing role with the emphasis on working out in divisions, liaising with budget holders and senior healthcare managers. As such you be a highly credible individual with prior experience of working in business partnering settings, with the confidence to communicate with senior clinicians and hold your own in challenging situations. The role will involve identifying and supporting on cost improvement schemes, financial planning, financial monitoring and reporting, and cost analysis. 

You must possess excellent communication skills & the ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision. 

Prior NHS experience in a provider setting is essential.
