The Head of Financial Managment reports to Director of Finance, Commercial and Infrastructure within the CQC directorate of Regulatory, Customer & Corporate Operations (RCCO).

With experience in robust financial planning, the role holder will be expected to develop and implement a financial strategy that encompasses a rolling 5 year funding plan, ensuring financial resources are managed efficiently and effectively while providing leadership across the organisation to ensure value for money.

What are we looking for from you…

This role is interesting, challenging and rewarding! Candidates should be a qualified accountant with a proven track record in a senior financial role. Skilled in the management of complex stakeholder relationships, candidates will have a proactive can-do attitude with the clear ability to inspire, motivate and develop exceptional teams while delivering innovative, quality driven and people focused services.
