An exciting opportunity is available to work for the largest Police Force in Wales and the 7th busiest Force in England and Wales. With a revenue budget of £287M, a 4 year Capital Programme of £93m and a major change programme underway there will be plenty of opportunities to use your financial acumen to make a real difference to policing.  

You will assist with the preparation/monitoring of a £271m revenue budget and the preparation of the Force Medium Term Financial Strategy. You will also assist with the delivery of the Chief Constable's change programme by providing business partnering skills to help drive change and ensure the Force Productivity and Efficiency Plan is achieved.

In addition to the above salary, all posts offer access to the Local Government Pension Scheme, free on-site parking and free gym facilities.

Byddwch yn cynorthwyo wrth baratoi/monitro cyllideb refeniw o £271m a pharatoi Strategaeth Ariannol Tymor Canolig yr Heddlu. Hefyd, byddwch yn cynorthwyo wrth gyflwyno rhaglen newid y Prif Gwnstabl drwy ddarparu sgiliau partneriaeth busnes er mwyn helpu i sbarduno newid a sicrhau bod Cynllun Cynhyrchiant ac Effeithlonrwydd yr Heddlu yn cael ei gyflawni.
