Job Details

We have recently been instructed on a high-profile interim Finance Business Partner role for an evolving local authority undergoing significant transformation, for an initial period of 6 months. This opportunity will specifically focus on supporting the many challenges in the large Adult Social Care directorate.

The successful candidate will ideally possess a notable level of experience within local authority, preferably aligned to providing support of a financial nature to Adult Social Services (or similar). Additionally, along with a CIPFA (or equivalent) qualification, an energetic, dedicated and focussed individual with first-class communication skills and strong management experience will be required.

This is an exciting role that will afford the successful applicant with a genuine opportunity to provide value-adding business partnering across a diverse, interesting and rewarding area; subsequently having the chance to make a measurable impact and leave a lasting legacy on the success of this operation in a large and respected authority.

Day rate will be dependent upon your level of experience. For more information, or to express your interest in this opportunity, please contact Jonathon Sheppard at CIPFA-Penna at jonathon.sheppard@penna.com, 07739 985 330 or 0121 788 7986.
