Interim Contracts Information Manager

CY Executive Resourcing are currently recruiting for an Interim Contracts Information Manager on behalf of our NHS client based in Surrey.

The Contracts Information Manager will lead the Trust’s data processing, pricing, monitoring and reporting of all activity associated with patient care. This includes clinical activities covered by the National Tariff Pricing System as well as activities covered by local prices. It includes activity covered by a contract and non-contractual activity including private patients and overseas visitors. The post holder will be responsible for completing and submitting nationally mandated returns, locally commissioned returns and internal returns for activity and income associated with patient care.

The Contracts Information Manager will also manage the commissioner challenge response to ensure that all contract challenges are responded to within the agreed timescales and that the financial impact is minimised. The post holder will be recognised as the Trust’s subject matter expert in the National Tariff Payment system and associated informatics and financial guidance that support this system.

Qualified Accountant (CCAB) is desirable but not essential. However, expert knowledge of NHS financial procedures and a detailed knowledge of the National Tariff Payment System is a must, as is SQL and Civica SLAM.
