Head of Financial Services

CY are currently working with an organisation based in the South East who are looking to recruit to the role of Head of Financial Services

As Head of Financial Services you will be responsible for providing a complete range of technical financial services including financial systems and payroll to the organisation. You will ensure that the accounts are completed in an accurate and timely manner, manage the relationship between the organisation and the auditors, contribute to the 5 year capital strategy and ensure effective and timely reporting.

To be successful in the Head of Financial Services role you will need to be a technically competent, qualified Accountant with substantial experience of leading a Financial Services function in a large complex public sector organisation and will have proven experience of driving through change, increasing efficiency and productivity. You will be the organisations subject matter expert for Financial Services and as such will be comfortable liaising at all levels.
