head of Contracts

CY Resourcing are currently supporting an NHS Organisation with a Head of Contracts role expected to last a minimum of 3 months. Some of the key deliverables will be:-

1. Deliver contracts in line with agreed plans and budgets.

2. Supporting all areas of the annual commissioning cycle from the planning and negotiation of contracts to the performance management of providers against targets.

3. Lead contractual support and advice for service re-designs and procurements particularly in the development of QIPP schemes and business cases.
