Bedford Borough Council is a growing unitary authority in the heart of Bedfordshire. The Finance Team has been restructured to be a true Business Partner to the services that it supports: this means being at the forefront of service decision and being a hands on advisor. We are now looking for motivated and enthusiastic finance professionals to join us and help influence the Council’s future direction.
Successful applicants will have a broad remit, and will have access to wider developmental opportunities working across other service areas. A key strand of the Council’s transformation is focusing on the outcomes and being innovative around how these are achieved including facilitating agile working. Financial Analyst
We have a number of full time and part time Finance Analyst roles available across the services, including capital and strategy. Applicants must be AAT qualified, be able to work at pace and have excellent Excel skills.
