Finance Manager – Operations
A commercially focused and highly regarded Housing Association, based in Central London, is recruiting for a Finance Manager to work collaboratively with other finance managers to coordinate core financial operating processes and take a leading role in the coordination of finance processes across the department, driving through efficiencies and change.
The role will report to a Head of Finance and will be involved with the day to day management and development of the department. Other responsibilities will include;
- Implementing new finance systems and processes as new technology is introduced, ensuring operational requirements are met
- Putting in place procedures for all general ledger processing across the finance directorate
- Keep existing procedures updated, and ensure procedures are in line with regulations
- Monitor use of procedures to ensure transactions are processed correctly and there is complete and continuous flow between teams
To be suitable for the role you need to be a driven, qualified accountant, with excellent technical skills and proven experience of improving processes and procedures. Applicants from outside of the sector are actively encouraged.
