We are seeking two individuals to join our Internal Audit team to help us achieve this ambition.
The Council is currently undergoing a significant period of change particularly with the delivery of on-going budget efficiencies and the transformation of services. Our work is key to supporting the organisation throughout this period, providing assurance and proactive support. We are seeking two outstanding individuals to make a difference and help the Council through this change.
The role will provide you with an opportunity to operate within diverse areas of coverage, dealing with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation. You will have experience of conducting complex audits and of reviewing the work of more junior staff. Working both as part of the team and on your own, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate initiative, a commitment to high quality, continuous improvement and good time management whilst showing flexibility as required.
