Finance Business Partner
A Housing Association looking to modernise its finance team, instilling a business partnering approach and improving the service they are offering to stakeholders is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner.
The role will be varied, focused on adding value through complex analysis, supporting senior management with decision making and developing the relationship between finance and the business. Key responsibilities will include;
- Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
- Providing analysis and delivering insight linking financial reports to business strategies
- Preparing and producing the annual budget and periodical forecasts
- Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all Budget holders and their teams
To be suitable for the role you need to be an ambitious and resilient qualified accountant with exposure to complex analysis and business partnering. The ability to influence and challenge senior management is essential whilst previous sector experience is desirable.
