Financial Processes Lead
An exciting new role has arisen for an experienced Financial Processes Lead to join a leading educational organisation take an existing project to the next stage.
Acting as the champion for process improvements and responsible for taking them through to effective implementation, this role will be to document and implement selected financial processes and detailed procedures. This will include identifying and agreeing key financial processes within the organisation and its subsidiaries, often by way of stakeholder engagement meetings and the facilitation of workshops. With a wide range of stakeholders involved, you will have the opportunity to use your influencing skills to achieve consensus and deliver solutions. This will extend to working with the technical team to implement automated options for processes.
You should have a background in implementing ERP systems, with a particular focus on process mapping and procedural documentation. Experience of analysing and improving processes will be important. You should have used MS Visio in the past and will need either a financial background or a demonstrably strong understanding of financial processes. First rate communication and influencing skills will be essential to help you rapidly form and utilise effective working relationships.
