Project Manager - Cost Improvement Programmes
CY Resourcing are currently recruiting for a Project Manager on behalf of an NHS Trust client.
The Project Manager will work across the Trusts key Corporate and Clinical areas providing expertise and assurance across multiple Cost Improvement Programmes of work (CIPs), ensuring a legacy of recurrent financial savings and most importantly, improved patient care. The Project Manager will be instrumental in the delivery of the Trusts Cost Improvement Programmes at a Divisional level, working with a variety of stakeholders across Operations, Finance and PMO.
Candidates will be experienced Prince2 Qualified Programme/Project Managers who are looking to develop their careers with one of the region’s most significant NHS organisations. You will have prior experience managing multiple change programmes and be self-sufficient in your approach. You will have the necessary communication skills to enable you to articulate the Trusts strategy to Senior Stakeholders, gaining their buy in and commitment. You will also understand the financial advantages of change programmes, as well as the importance of improving how services are delivered.
NHS Project Management/PMO experience is essential to succeed in this role.
