We are looking to engage with a bright and enthusiastic Senior Analyst, or Performance Manager who has a proven background in providing high-quality information and analysis. You will have experience of delivering accurate, timely and effectively presented information; tailored to meet the specific performance needs of the organisation and to support improvements to patient care, quality and experience.
As Performance Manager you will be proactive in providing day-to-day strategic analysis of operational performance in line with organisation and executive team priorities.
In addition, you will provide mentoring and training to operational teams in effective performance analysis and the use of modelling techniques.
We are particularly keen on hearing from individuals who not only possess a strong technical background but also, possess the softer-skills which are required to compile and present Board Packs to the executive team. As such, you will be the main representative of the Informatics Team to the wider organisation
