About the Position
The Financial and Systems Administrator provides systems support and appropriate revenue governance practices for main Sporting Venues and Aquatic Centres.
Key Deliverable of the position:
» Act as the team's Links, Kounta and Uniwell systems champion
» Systems Governance and Administration of Links, Kounta and Uniwell systems
» Accurate and timely internal revenue reporting
» Management of the internal cash handling procedures
» Manage the responsibilities of PCI compliance and merchant control

You are used to working in a fast paced environment and delivering accurate and timely reporting to assist management in their everyday decision making. You're a fantastic ideas person however you also perceive that to provide the highest quality results, you will need to have a high level of attention to detail and concentration on everyday tasks.

Essential: Do you possess a valid C Class drivers licence Essential: Do you possess a Diploma in Accounting If not, describe how you have developed an equivalent .Essential: describe your practice administrating financial systems such as: Links, Kounta etc. including security access, GL pathway setup, managing reporting and Point of Sale POS software systems. Essential: tell us about your practice managing internal revenue reporting for large venues with high POS turnover, including: end of day cash up reporting, clearing journals, GST and GL reconciliations, direct debit reconciliations and EFT/banking processes.
