About the role

This role is one of two Senior Finance Leads for assets within the Investment Risk and Commercial Finance Team, the role will be focused on the asset register and accounting arrangements for Kingston Council primarily but will work collaboratively with the counterpart in Sutton and across both Councils providing advice on disposal and acquisition decisions as well as regeneration schemes.

About you

To succeed in this role you will have experience of fixed asset management and accounting in a local authority

setting and be confident in the production of asset related accounting notes.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to clearly present the financial implications of

investment decisions to both finance and non-finance colleagues alike.
