Strategy Implementation Manager
I am working with a key client that is market leader in their field who are looking for a Strategy Implementation Manager to join their team.
As the new post holder, you will assist the CEO to ensure that the corporate strategy is implemented and the newly set up implementation framework is embedded. Alongside co-ordinating strategic projects you will work across the organisations executive team and staff to help push the organisation in the desired direction.
You will need to be able to co-ordinate strategy delivery but also be able to get practically involved to deliver the strategic priorities where necessary.
Being a practitioner in 2 of the following: PRINCE 2, Agile, MSP, PMP, AMP, PROSCI, MoP, MoR or Managing Change your experience will be predominantly from a commercial background and ideally educated to degree level (or equivalent) with extensive experience in project management across a variety of projects and Proficient in the use of all MS Office applications
It is desirable that you have experience of delivering customer focused projects and experience of managing projects across their full lifecycle. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels to achieve results and deal successfully with complex issues are essential as well as experience of planning and facilitating workshops and working within the private sector.
