The key responsibilities are:*Line manage and supervise the divisional Financial Support Team within Corporate services - there are 4/5 direct reports and overall team of 12.
*Preparation of statutory accounts to internal deadlines and effective liaison with external auditors.
*Preparation and presentation of monthly/quarterly financial information to Chief Operating and Financial Officer, Pluss Leadership Team and Service Managers.
*Planning and preparation of annual corporate budget.
*Prepare written reports and presentations for PLT/Board as required.
*Provide payroll cover when necessary
*Cover 34 sites and be able to travel when issues arise
The ideal candidate:
*CIMA/ACCA Qualified is essential
*Experience and strong track record in financial management and external reporting
*Experience in working with auditors and other regulatory bodies
*Experience in staff management and delivering business results through a team
*Track record in producing and presenting reports to a Board of Management.
*Excel 2010 and Access Dimension experience would be advantageous
