Key Accountabilities: * Timely and accurate provision of financial information to the trading depots and the broader management team to enable prompt and effective decision making;
* Produce formatted Excel income statements from the information supplied by the Financial Reporting team and ensure that numbers agree to those submitted to group;
* Delivery to timetable of key financial processes such as management accounts, Board Reports, budgets, forecasts and other required reporting;
* To drive improvement in working capital and cash flow;
* In depth understanding of the key drivers of divisional performance;
* Assist in development and production of reporting and monitoring for accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Support business development activity with appropriate financial advice and modelling upon which investment decisions and acquisitions will be made;
* Contribute to the development of the weekly KPI reporting and the introduction of a one-page KPI dashboard
* Production of Business Plan and Budget templates for completion by various departments
* Liaison with other departments to ensure they understand the budgeting process and assist them with their submissions
* Key member of MI project team about to be created
