As the management accountant your duties will include:
-Production of management accounts for a rapidly growing division of the business.
-Performing Balance Sheet reconciliations and cash-flow forecasting.
-Cash forecasting and analysis and reporting to management on variances.
-Analysis and forecasting of overheads.
-Calculation and input of monthly journals and accruals.
-Ongoing improvement of financial reporting and control processes.
-Providing support to business unit management on monthly reporting.
-Carrying out budgeting and forecasting analysis including cost analysis.
-Undertaking complex analysis to help drive the business forward.
-Producing accurate and timely management reports.
-Communicating findings to Senior Stakeholders.
-Working effectively with teams across the business.
-Assisting with ad hoc finance projects as required.
The successful candidate will be a Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with experience gained in a similar management accounting role.
Experience of group reporting and using group reporting IT packages such as SAP or Cognos.
Strong IT skills, including all Microsoft Office products including powerpoint, advanced Excel
