Working with the Contract Director your duties will include:* To support the Contract Director in the reporting of the contract's Key Performance Indicators and Management Indicators
* To manage the requirements of the commercial payment mechanism including training course reconciliation
* To manage the course contract change mechanism which delineates operational and major change
* To provide financial performance and forecasting information to the
* To provide financial and commercial support in the development of annual budgets for cost centres
* To provide financial costing support in the development of new courses
Key Tasks
* Deliver the monthly KPI report to stakeholders and extended management reports to the Contract Director
* Analyse reports and identify process improvements that will enable any financial penalties to be minimised
* Review course performance reports to ensure that claims for payment are accurate and to identify claims for compensation
* Monitor the requirements of the stakeholder in the context of the financial model and to identify when contract change criteria are triggered
* Ensure that the position of actual courses delivered and those to be delivered is kept current and accurate so that the forecast financial position for the month/quarter/year is always known and is current

Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Financial qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) preferred
* Evidence of continued personal development
